Before quoting they offered advice on how to improve our design to get a better end result, but without adding any unnecessary costs. They then continued to discuss everything with us throughout the job, making sure that we were happy with everything as we went. The main builder Zibi and the rest of the team were also a delight to have in our flat, being as unobtrusive as possible and leaving the flat as clean as possible.

I first chose T&K just to do a complete electrical rewiring and refit in my 1-bedroom flat in SW10, but it turned out that they could also replace my kitchen, install new wood flooring and skirtings throughout the flat, then completely redecorate, for all of which they provided reasonable and well-itemised quotes. They completed all of the work to a high standard within 15 working days, and kept within their estimates apart from a few minor and agreed extras. A well-deserved top rating for T&K from me.
